This spacious, 3600 square foot, 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home features:
Private covered boat dock, paddle boat, boat ramp, fishing area, and picnic area.
Upstairs: Large living room (cable TV and DVD/VCR), fully equipped modern kitchen, and dining area. Also, 1 Bedroom (queen) and one bath, and a laundry room (washer and dryer).

Downstairs: Three bedrooms (1 King with crib, 1 Queen and one set of twin beds), 3 Bathrooms, and a den with a TV, VCR, and a sofa sleeper.
Provided items:
>Linens and towels.
>Cleaning service upon departure.
>Picnic area with wooden table and chairs with an umbrella near the water.
Weekly Rentals (Saturday to Saturday) for $1900 per week, May 1st through
September 25th, 2004 (add $200 for July 3rd through July 10th). Care deposit is $500.
One half of the rent plus one half of the care deposit are due at the time of the reservation.
The balance is due two weeks before the reservation period.
Monthly rates available for longer term leases in the remaining months.
Three night minimum for Holiday and Clemson Homecoming weekends.
